Yeah I know many sites having PR5 or even 6 but generating very little ‘conversions’ So just PR is not a main parameter of success for any site, there are many other way more important ones.

I agree.

Many of the top websites like say Mashable and Hongkiat have a <6 page rank. Which goes to show that PageRank doesn’t matter all that much.
